II. Prepaid and Postpaid Options

– Prepaid: Guests are required to pay the full amount before check-in or service usage. This method ensures room and service availability. Please double-check your booking details before proceeding with the service reservation and payment.

– Postpaid: Guests may pay after using services such as dining or spa. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer.

III. Payment Policy for Online Bookings

– Immediate Payment: Guests pay the full booking amount online using a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Please double-check your booking details before proceeding with the service reservation and payment.

– Pay at the Hotel: Seven days prior to check-in, the hotel will pre-authorize a hold on the guest’s credit card to secure the reservation. Upon check-in, the guest may choose to pay using the same card or opt for another payment method such as cash or bank transfer. If an alternative payment method is selected, the hotel will cancel the pre-authorization.

IV. Payment Policy for Bookings via Travel Agencies

– Booking: Guests make reservations through travel agencies.

– Payment: Guests pay the booking fee to the travel agency.

– Confirmation: The travel agency confirms the reservation with the hotel and provides the guest with booking details.

V. Payment Policy for Walk-in Bookings

– Check-in: Guests arrive at the Front Desk to check in.

– Information Confirmation: Front Desk staff confirm booking details and request payment.

– Payment: Guests may pay via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

VI. Security Measures in Payment Processing

– Secure Payment System: The hotel uses a secure payment system to protect guests’ personal and financial information.

– Information Verification: Front Desk staff verify the credit card information before processing payment.

– Authentication Code: An OTP (One-Time Password) is used to authenticate online transactions.
