I. Check-in & Check-out Policy
1. Check-in and Check-out Time:
– Check-in time: 14:00
– Check-out time: 12:00
2. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy:
– Early Check-in:
From 4 hours or more before check-in time: 100% of one night’s room rate.
2 to 3 hours before check-in time: 50% of one night’s room rate (breakfast not included).
– Late Check-out:
Before 18:00: 50% of one night’s room rate.
After 18:00: 100% of one night’s room rate.
II. Children Policy
Children under 6 years old: Complimentary breakfast and sharing bed with parents.
Children from 6 to 11 years old: VND 150,000 per child per night.
Children from 12 years old and above are considered adults; extra bed required: VND 500,000 per bed per night.
III. Hotel Regulations
– Please ensure to present a valid identifications or passports with a valid entry and exit visa for foreign visitors at the reception for registration.
– Upon Registration, all guests are required to provide a security deposit in form of credit card or cash.
– Pets, weapons, toxic materials, explosive or inflammable items are not permitted within the Hotel.
– Visitors are not permitted into guest rooms. They can be received at the lobby except with Hotel management approval.
– According to Vietnamese law, only registered guests are permitted in the guest rooms after 21:00 hrs. No visitors are allowed in guest room after 21:00 hrs.
– Room sharing without informing the Front Desk is not permitted. As per the Vietnamese Registration law, all residents must be registered and reported to the local authorities including children.
– Cooking in the guest rooms is strictly prohibited, except the hotel residences with the kitchenette.
– Gambling, prostitution and usage of drugs within the Hotel is strictly prohibited.
– Smoking as per Vietnamese law is not permitted in public areas, covered areas and restaurants.
– All valuable items should be placed in the safe deposit box in your room. The Hotel is not liable for any loss of valuable items or other belongings of the guests.
– Please familiarize yourself with all fire prevention and emergency procedure posted in your room.
– The maximum occupancy per guest room is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children below 12 years of age sharing with existing bedding. For additional beds, a surcharge applied. For children above 12 years of age, a surcharge for extra bed and breakfast is applicable.
– Strong smelling fruits eg. Durian and Jackfruits from outside are not permitted and Hotel Security will stop guests to bring in.
– Any damage to hotel property, or loss of guests room facilities caused by guest, please make the full compensation according to the rate posted in room before checking out.
– Please do not move or change any equipment in the room without the consent of the Hotel Management.
– Please use all services and facilities accordingly to the Hotel regulations.
– The hotel facilities are reserved for the hotel registered guests only, except the restaurants, Spa and bars.
IV. Cancelation/ No-Show Policy
– The cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, The Hotel reserves the right to impose 50% first night room charge from all rooms reserved.
– The cancellation less than 14 days prior to the arrival date or no show, the Hotel reserves the right to impose full charge for all room nights reserved.
V. Policy on Room Changes and Check-in/Check-out Date Modifications

VI. Responsibilities of Both Parties and Other Commitments
1. Hotel’s Responsibilities:
– Provide services with the correct quality, within the agreed timeframe and at the location registered by the guest.
– Protect the privacy and personal information of guests in accordance with our privacy policy.
2. Guest’s Responsibilities:
– Fulfill payment obligations and complete the check-in process as agreed.
– If we request identification documents, please present valid and unexpired identification.
VII. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (defined as any unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to strikes, civil unrest, war, fire, flood, emergencies, or any delays due to essential and necessary hotel repairs, etc.) that prevent the hotel from fulfilling its obligations, the hotel will assist guests in deferring their reservation for up to 6 months.
Room rates may vary depending on the new booking period and may be subject to additional charges during holidays or peak seasons (if applicable).
